It’s been two months since my little man made his debut into the world. Not a day goes by that I’m not thankful for the life I have been given. I have an amazing little boy who is full of life.
We’ve had our ups and downs, and lots of learning experiences, but I couldn’t be happier right now.
Luke is 10 pounds 12.5 ounces (which is the 16th percentile) and is 23″ long (52nd percentile). He seems to be ahead of the pack a little bit in terms of development. He has amazing head control, can roll onto his back from his tummy, smiles at and tracks people, babbles, has found his hands, can sit up and stand with assistance and recognizes familiar people.
He loves to take baths and lay in his swing. He loves it when people talk to him and he loves to be held. He is starting to prefer to nurse over taking a bottle (which I love, but still don’t make enough to satisfy him). He’s practicing kicking his legs and pushing off of things with them. He doesn’t like when the car moves, waiting for food, being cold, not being able to see mom or dad, and other crying babies.
